El Boeing 747-400 de KLM, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines que en holandes significa Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij, es la principal aerolinea de Paises Bajos con sede en Amstelveen cerca de su centro de operaciones en el Aeropuerto de Amsterdam-Schiphol. KLM opera vuelos regulares de pasajeros y carga a mas de 90 destinos. Actualmente es la linea aerea mas antigua operando bajo el mismo nombre. La fusion entre KLM y Air France en Mayo del 2004 creo el grupo Air France-KLM, es cual fue constituido bajo la ley francesa con sede en el Aeropuerto Charles de Gaulle en Paris, Francia. Ambas aerolineas operan bajo sus propios nombres. Air France-KLM es parte de la alianza SkyTeam.
